We originally went out looking for a smoker today but ended looking at a Wrangler this location had on their lot. We had the pleasure of working with Ryan V. and he gave us exceptional customer service. He was down to earth and easy to work with as well. 10/10 recommend this location and especially Ryan. They have a great selection.

I was in the market for a pre owned vehicle. I came to Crown after viewing some automobiles online. Ryan was my my salesman. I ended up buying a 2019 Honda CRV. I love love love this car. I had an amazing experience with Crown Chrysler! I initially contacted them online about a Silverado they had taken in on trade, and then ended up texting and talking on the phone. We were able to agree on a price that I thought was very fair. I’m from out of town and they didn’t hesitate to pick me up from the airport. Cody Cantrell was right on time picking me up from the airport, and had all of the paperwork ready to go. I signed paperwork with Chase as well and it went very smooth. I highly recommend Cody Cantrell if you are looking for a vehicle! I was back on my way home within 90 minutes of my flight landing in Chattanooga. The truck was exactly as described, very well detailed, and the gas tank was full. I drove 700 miles straight home and everything worked perfectly. Very pleased with the entire experience, and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again when I need to purchase another vehicle.
