Crown Subaru - Volkswagen of Wheeling

i had random unexpected car trouble on a Sunday, was seen on Monday and parts ordered and car fixed by Thursday! Tony and Tory were the best and so helpful. i love my VW and if i ever need a new car in the future i will go there just from that experience alone!

I brought my car in for service, and when the technician finished, they damaged one of my tires. Now, I’m being told that I mysteriously need four new tires and an alignment, despite the fact that my car had plenty of tread left when I brought it in. From scheduling the appointment to receiving the call about the damage caused to my car, this entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expect better service and accountability.

My wife and I drove there, from Long Island, to see a specific used car. We were helped by Mike, who was great to deal with. The car was completely detailed for us, before we even got there, just so it would be ready if we wanted it. There was no pressure at all, and everyone was very helpful. The car was exactly as advertised, price and features. We did end up getting the car and drove home that night. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. We just wished they were closer, for future purchases. :)

My wife and I had gotten a Subaru at another lot, and when my father in law was in the market just previously for a new car as well, I suggested he go to Subaru a Subaru dealership because their cars are good, and the lot we went to had phenomenal customer service. Upon arriving today we was greeted by Jill. She’s super sweet and good at her job! They had phenomenal customer service all the way around. We spoke to a few of the staff in there and they all were very kind and to the point! Jill was even willing to answer questions on thing we didn’t know about our Subaru as well even though we hadn’t bought it at that lot. Hands down a great experience. If you’re in the market for a new car definitely suggest this car lot if you’re in the area. My father in law is super happy with his new ride :)

Excellent buying experience here at this dealer. I called in on a Monday morning spoke with Steve about a new Ascent. He handled everything with me over the phone, got me a good rate on my financing too. I went to pick up our vehicle and everything was ready to go when we got there. Was in and out in under a hour. Great team of people over there, we drove over two hours to make this purchase and I would gladly drive there again to buy another Subaru.
