Generally, I would prefer a visit to the dentist to car shopping, so when it came time to replace my 10-year-old car, I approached it with dread. My first venture into the experience reinforced that, as the business manager was not only defensive and condescending, he was also dismissive. (My review for that dealership is pending.) I was not originally looking for a VW, but in our car shopping adventures, we came upon a VW Tiguan in the perfect color with everything I wanted. Mason, the salesman was courteous, knowlegable, and did not push. (If he had been pushy, we wouldn't have purchased a car from them no matter how perfect it was.) Dallas, the sales manager, added to our pleasant experience. Finally, when we wanted one last test drive, Aedan went with us, and we found him equally as awesome as Mason and Dallas. They were patient and responsive over the several days it took for us to finalize the purchase through no fault on their part. Even signing the paperwork with Adam was simple and quick. Highly recommend this dealership. In addition, we will drive the 45 miles back to service our Tiguan because of this experience. BTW. They have a Toyota dealership next door, so you aren't limited to just VW's!

I came in after work to look at a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas but after talk and looking it was a better decision for me to lease a 2026 Volkswagen Atlas and then once my lease is over I will be buying the car out. Mason and Dallas was the best people to work with. They were so much help even if I kept going back and forth with my decisions. I finally came to the realization at the end right before signing that this was the best thing for me to do. I am so pleased and thankful for Masons help and all the work they did to get me in a new spacious vehicle.

On Monday, I came in at around 1700 hours and met with Paul Miller. I got a new 2025 Volkswagen Taos S for a great price thanks to Crown and Paul. Other staff were great as well, and went beyond with what they had to do for me. They were flexible with what I wanted too. Paul was understanding of exactly what I wanted even though I was adamant about a few things. I don’t have good experiences with dealers. Last experience I got taken advantage of. Here, I walked out that night with a nice reliable car and a good interest rate. I would recommend Crown and Paul to my friends and family. Very pleasant experience with Paul for my first brand new car. Crown has great people working for them.

My husband and I just purchased our very first brand new car from Crown Volkswagen in Lawrence, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Mason and Dallas were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They stayed late to help us, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. We will be back to trade in my husband’s car next year! You guys rock!

Colton took care of us! The whole dealership did! They were able to get me into a car with a particular situation we were in. And then when we had a wild defect to our new car door they took it back in and got it repainted and got me in a loaner for the time frame they needed it. Was a smooth experience and will for sure recommend anyone I know here!!
