Cullman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I would not recommend this place! My husband was looking to buy a 2026 jeep Wrangler there, they come out with twice the amount of payment we were looking for, trying to low ball his trade in, then when we pushed back about the payment and the amount on trade in, we were told by the financial manager maybe we should by a Buick (that's the kind of car I have and got a good payment on it) he did try to sell us a 5 years jeep with over 100,000 miles. Will never buy a vehicle from them! ( Service department is great!). Went to dealership in Corinth Mississippi and got a great deal!

Came in after work yesterday to get my truck appraised and get an idea of what I was looking at truck wise. Cy the Car Guy was very helpful on showing me around and answering what ever questions I had. They gave me a great price on my trade in 2010 Dodge 3500, and it worked out. Cy was able to get me the payment I wanted and truck I wanted all within the short amount of time I had after work. Overall great experience at CDJR!

Not only was the issue diagnosed quickly, but the repair was handled efficiently and professionally, getting us safely back on the road with minimal delay. Brian was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us during a stressful situation. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, especially when you’re just passing through town. We’re incredibly grateful for Brian and his team for turning a bad situation into a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership and their service department!
