Extremely disappointed with the service center at this Chevrolet dealership. My Father's has been in their possession for two full weeks, and I still have no clear answers about what is actually wrong with it. Communication has been almost nonexistent. I’ve had to call multiple times and no response from service staff. There has been zero transparency regarding diagnostics, what they’ve checked, what they’ve ruled out, or what the actual issue may be. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of follow-through. We were given an estimated time frame that was not honored, and no one reached out proactively to explain delays. It honestly feels like they are keeping the car longer than necessary just to continue “finding” additional issues to charge for, rather than efficiently diagnosing and fixing the original problem. Customer service should include communication, honesty, and accountability — none of which we have experienced here. I would not recommend this service center to anyone looking for reliability or transparency. If you value your time and want clear answers about your vehicle, I suggest looking elsewhere.
