Cummins Cadillac

Purchased a used Cadillac from Cummins and the experience was amazing. The salesman was very low pressure instead of high pressure and very friendly. Taking our vehicle over there to be repaired for little things also been amazing. They are extremely nice and helpful. Thank you Cummins Cadillac

Sales person didn’t seem very interested in selling us a car. Shook my husband’s hand but didn’t acknowledge me. Manager may want to discuss salesmanship 101 and methods of keeping the “jock mentality “ under control during the next staff meeting. He wanted to demo a Chevrolet with “super cruise” ( he has an 85 year old lady driving one and a buddy just raved about it) We were interested in a Cadillac and really didn’t care about “super cruise”. While we were looking, the detail guy came out (1:30) and locked the cars we would have liked to look at. (Dealership closed at 2:00). Finance guy left early ( he lives in OKC). We’ve had good luck with Cummins in the past but needless to say it was a wasted trip. We’ll look in the OKC area next week.

I was feeling pretty bleak when it was pouring rain and my truck battery died at the Tractor Supply in town on a Saturday morning. I was pleasantly surprised when Cummins service said they would fit me in for a battery replacement despite their busy service schedule. They were able to fit me in with a pretty short wait time considering I had no appointment and their service bay was full.

Absolute best sales and service in the state! No bs shady stuff like you get at a big city lot.

Cummins Cadillac is hands down the best dealership I’ve done business with! It’s a family owned and operated dealership, and the staff are phenomenal. They get the job done. I won’t buy a car from anywhere else!
