I came in going 20 miles an hour something seriously wrong The service department immediately helped me Made me feel like they would be able to help and they did so happy with their service felt like I could be part of this family very very happy with the service. Being new to the community made me feel like I had someone I could trust. Thank you so very much I am so grateful much appreciated

I went to this service center to have my winter tires installed since the Monro Tire (next door) refused the work due to risk of damaging the wheels. I expected high quality, dealership status work, but instead, I was left with 4 damaged wheels. The service advisor I spoke with said the damage was pre-existing (it wasn't), and she was unable to provide any pre-service inspection to support her claim. This is a complete failure of skill and accountability. Avoid this service department if you can

Had an emergency diesel issue on my 3500 Ram while travelling home from Florida with 6 hrs left to go. Service helped us out on a Fri afternoon and got us on way. The tech was very knowledgeable and the service people helpful and professional. Thanks for the effort!!
