Currie Motors Buick GMC

The absolute top worst dealer experience ever!!!! Probably has to be the worst dealer service experience in my life. 2026 vehicle with paint and suspension issues with no resolution and started with less than 500 miles. After GM customer care got involved, it was taken here @2,018miles. Paint is peeling from contamination , body pannels/doors not aligned, and suspension has a bad control arm(which they were unable to find). The service manager and service writer's lack of concern and compassion is out of this world. When I asked to speak with the service manager to explain my concerns, she had excuses and redirects, calling up the technician since there were no answers. I highly, highly recommended avoiding Currie as a whole, and cant stress enough, avoiding this Buick/GMC at all costs.

Do alot of travel for work and called to see how quick I could get my car in for new tires. I talked to DJ who was very polite and understood my situation. He was able to get me in quick and gave me a great deal on some Goodyear tires. The service was amazing and quick.Even made recommendation on things I need to get taken care of without forcing the work on me. Staff was amazing and will be back soon.

Good experience. The team was very helpful in helping us make the right decision. The team was adamant to help and give us all the details we needed to make our experience the best. I appreciate all the hard work from each salesman. Alfonso and Connor are good at what they do and it doesn’t go unnoticed and very much appreciated. I can see myself coming back in the near future.

My service advisor Kaitlyn was very nice. She communicated everything with me about the details of my car. She made sure I understood every step of getting my vehicle serviced.

Today I started out just “looking” at vehicles to get an idea of what I wanted for my next car and purchased an SUV by the end of the day. Jeremiah, the sales consultant greeted my mom and I with a smile and wave as soon as we pulled onto the lot. He was incredibly friendly and funny, made the experience worth being here. Then we talked with Dan, one of the managers who helped us meet our needs for everything we were looking for in a car. Sean, the sales director, cranked out numbers to satisfy our interest in what we felt most comfortable with to say “yes” to purchase the vehicle today. Finally, to continue finalizing paperwork and whatever else was needed to get completed, Tony the additional sales consultant, made that an easy process. We’re thankful for all the help we were given today to make it possible to get my dream car. Thanks guys! Oh and Brenden, the general sales manager, was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and finances… I have no complaints about anyone, just positive things.
