Be cautious with this dealer. Called them because the fuel pump control module went bad on my 2015 GMC Acadia. They told me that I would have to tow my car into the dealer to have a new one installed and programmed to my vehicles vin. I being a former mechanic, decided to just order the new module and plug it in to save myself on the dealer mark up. Guess what? Ya, it didnt need programmed. It was plug and play. Just saved myself several hundreds of dollars. Im sure theyre a decent dealership, but the flat out told me it 1000% needed to go to the dealer to be fixed. Couple hours in my driveway, and $100 bucks on a new module online, and shes back on the road.

Unfreaking believable.,.....So an update on this truck that I loved so much....and still do. However, let it be known that neither GM or the dealership stands either by their product or their customers. 2 years ago there was a recall in the emissions system, more specifically the DEF tank and wiring. Currie fixed the recall issue and now 2 years later the same issue with a bill to the tune of $3000. I called GM and they will not stand behind their product nor their customer...me...and advised that the Manager of the dealership was party to this decision. I will pick up my vehicle on Friday as I need to get a ride arranged as I live 60+ km away, pay my bill and will no longer support, recommend or endorse not only GM, but Currie....there is absolutely no way the DEF tank and/or the emissions system should have failed within 2 years. I'm am disgusted in the way this situation was dealt with and once I pick up my vehicle, I will be pursuing this in another forum. This will be posted on other platforms as well. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem paying for repairs, but legitimate ones...not for faulty recall replacements. The amount of public support I have has from the many social media platforms i have posted this issue is warmingy incredible as sad to say, I'm not the only one with this same problem with GM or this dealership. Go buy a Ford...I will

I can't say enough about how amazing this dealership treated me and the great service I received. I arrived at the Dealership on a Friday night at 5:35pm with a flat tire on my GM Truck and thought there is no way that they will fix my tire at this late hour when they close at 6pm. Without hesitation, the Service Manager had the Mechanic on Duty look at the tire and within 20 minutes, my spare tire was put on and I was back on the road. Amazing friendly, efficient customer service from this small town dealership.
