2024 Jeep Rubicon 2.0 with 13k miles and their refusing warranty due to me changing out the coolant expansion tank and that I didnt bring it more often for the issues. I changed it because I kept having to put coolant and the dealer telling me they can't find the problem. Saying "I" neglected it. Its been quite the nightmare with this new car that we bought new and had for only 1yrs and 2months. No stars if I could. Will never buy anything from stellantis and Cutter ever again. These guys should be sued for selling lemons. Ive reported them to the better business bureau and the AG's office.

Repair review I am writing to share my experience with Cutter Dodge regarding a recent repair, in hopes that it is addressed appropriately. I brought my vehicle in for an engine-related issue, and the repair process has now extended to over two months. While I understand that major repairs can take time, the length of this delay combined with limited communication has been extremely frustrating. Throughout the process, I have had to consistently follow up for updates rather than receiving proactive communication from the service team. After being informed that the engine replacement was completed, I was then notified of additional issues that were not previously disclosed, including a missing gasket on the engine and now the need for a turbo replacement. These are significant components that reasonably should have been identified during the initial inspection or throughout the repair process, not after major work had already been completed. As a result of these delays, I have been without my vehicle for an extended period and have incurred ongoing rental expenses for over a month. This has created both financial strain and inconvenience. Given the circumstances—specifically the prolonged repair timeline, lack of transparency, and newly identified issues after completion of major work—I believe it is reasonable to request accountability. I am seeking consideration for reimbursement of rental expenses and including the remaining balance for this repair and a clear, definitive timeline for completion of the remaining repairs because no customer should ever have to go through this, also note they still have my vehicle. I remain hopeful that this matter can be resolved professionally and fairly.

So long story short, this place is filled with snakes. Please be careful. I've dealt with places like this before and it never goes over well. Tried to get me a car that was junk that they needed to sell. When I went there for a pre owned vehicle. Got told several different things. Several different prices. They also have a price switch. Just be careful when purchasing a vehicle here if your gullible they will try to screw you over first chance they get. Went to Honolulu Ford and got treated much better.
