My Jeep 4XE had a service charging system error and wouldn't start. I called Cutter Dodge and explained the error and they dispatched a tow truck. Brenda was the service advisor assigned, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out as she even helped with the rental process. Highly recommend asking for Brenda if you want reliable and efficient support to get your vehicle repaired as quickly as possible.

Don’t bring your car in this dealership for repairs. Our Dodge Charger had an Electrical issue with the taillights. Our service advisor was Brenda and she can be sketchy and just want to milk as much money from you. As soon as she checked out our vehicle, the first thing she says is that we have to pay $250 regardless if they find something wrong with our car or not. You basically have to pay that $250 for being at that dealership. She points out unnecessary problems in your car and offers you to fix it. When we went back to the dealership to check on the vehicle status, she said they never worked on it yet and offered they work on it now. We pulled out the vehicle due to long wait and somehow didn’t charge us that $250 she has been yapping about.
