Not worth going to. I live on the Big Island and recently purchased a car from them. I paid the deposit over the phone and completed the purchase in person — no drama, no haggling, very straightforward deal. I only had one simple request: please wash the car before delivery. I don’t think that’s unreasonable when buying a vehicle. They clearly agreed and even told me that every car is cleaned before delivery. I was told multiple times, “don’t worry, we take care of that — just complete the payment.” When I picked up the car, it was obvious nothing had been cleaned at all. The exterior was covered in dried water spots, and the interior had grass and dirt inside. It looked like it had been sitting untouched. It honestly felt like once they knew I was coming from the Big Island, they assumed I wouldn’t come back to complain. That’s not how a professional business should operate. When a company focuses more on whether they can get away with cutting corners instead of delivering basic promised service, it’s a waste of the customer’s time. I can’t recommend them.

Did an extensive search on line for a used Miata MX5 grand touring. Found lots of older high priced units and banged up rental car returns. Located a pristine, 1 owner, personal use only unit with immaculate car fax rating at Cutter Mazda. Made an appointment for a test drive with Justin Kalcic which went great. No fuss, no muss, no pressure. Got a great price on the car. Everyone from Justin, Jeff the floor manager and Matt the general manager were great to work with. 5 stars all around. P. S. if you need to send a wire from and out of state bank make sure the finance manager is in. He's a great guy.
