Probably the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. No hassle, no pressure, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The car was clean, in great condition, and exactly what I was looking for! If you want a straightforward stress-free experience this is the place to go! Highly recommended!

I was interested in a vehicle listed on Facebook Marketplace by "Scotty". After messaging him, agreeing to a price to which he said "I bet the boss would take that", I showed up to Cycle Central. Initially, Scotty was kind, attentive, and helpful. I took the vehicle on a test drive and was ready to take it for the price we agreed upon via Facebook. After going inside to close out the deal, Scotty called "the boss" who then acted shocked at the price Scotty told him we agreed upon, then raised the price by $500 plus taxes and fees. "He will only give me so much leash to work with" as said by Scotty. "The boss" then came into the room, didn't introduce himself, didn't shake hands, and was very unprofessional, didn't even acknowledge my existence. The whole encounter felt like a bait and switch. In addition to all of this, the vehicle had numerous issues that they failed to list in the ad and far from the asking price for the condition the vehicle is in. I would absolutely avoid doing any business here. UPDATE: Apparently I "lie" and only want to "cause trouble" as stated by "Scotty" on his Facebook review of me as a buyer. I stand by my review as honest and truthful. I will be escalating this to the BBB for bait and switch tactics.

The guys at cycle central are on point they are honest and willing to work with you to get you in something reliable. They are very lenient letting me bring in my own mechanic to give the once over to the vehicles I wanted to buy. In the end i scooped up a new ride so i could have a reliable daily driver.

From beginning to end, everything was great! Over the top great customer service, great prices and no pressure salesmen! I had a list of things I needed a car to have and they were patient and even had a few options for me. After a couple test drives, I chose the perfect car and they got right to work on paperwork and getting me out of there in time to get all my other errands done. Also I waited to write this review for a few weeks, Car is running fantastic, not one issue!! Thanks again!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can only express the deepest appreciation and respect to the owner and staff that represent Cycle Central. They are truly the exact business and representatives that every consumer wants from a used car dealership. A place where a consumer needing to purchase a quality used vehicle to come into and buy from. We felt that they were upfront, provided us with as much information they had on the vehicle we inquired of. They answer our questions and concerns where needed . They worked with us to purchase a dependable vehicle that was affordable to us and able to meet the need to commute to work. Cycle Central showed us exceptional service to where we can honestly see they were not out to deceive us just to make a buck. Listening to us taking in our concerns. They didn't try to upsell or rconvince us that the vehicle was more than it was. We felt the staff acted with utmost transparency and showed genuine integrity throughout the process. We told them the vehicle was an important investment to us and respectfully treated it as such. The owner Damian, staff Scotty and Joesph were personable and totally great to work with.
