# Summary The dealership faces consistent complaints regarding lack of transparency about vehicle conditions, with customers reporting hidden mechanical issues like check engine lights and defective transmissions that failed shortly after purchase. Additionally, reviews allege questionable business practices including broken sales agreements, installation errors on critical components, and concerns about unsafe driving behavior by company vehicles.
🚨🚨 On April 23, 2026, I visited this dealership intending to purchase a Kenworth T680 tractor and was fully prepared to pay cash for the vehicle. During my conversation with the salesperson, Denis, I was assured that the dashboard was clear. However, both before and upon arrival, I was told they were unable to run a diagnostic test and had no service records available.During the test drive, I noticed a piece of tape covering part of the dashboard. After removing it, I discovered the check engine light was on. When I brought this up, Denis claimed the previous owner must have placed the tape there—yet suddenly, they were willing to run a diagnostic. That inconsistency raised serious concerns. While I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt despite prior reviews, this experience made it clear that transparency was lacking. I could have easily lost a significant amount of money. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Based on my experience, the negative reviews appear to be accurate.
Spoke with Dennis about a dump truck on Sunday. Sent out a mechanic to do a dot inspection of the truck the next day that cost me $600. After we had agreed on a a deal for the truck he called me back a couple hours later saying another customer had wired him the money for the truck in the short time since we last spoke. Dennis thought it was pretty comical that I had thought we had a deal and said this happens all the time at their business and it’s just the way it goes. Judging by other reviews from other customers stating all the issues with trucks they have bought From these guys maybe I dodged a bullet. Either way a shady business I wouldn’t want to work with
Their truck delivery driver is very unsafe on the roadways, I got ran off the highway from a truck with this logo on the doors. Trailer tag stated as 780-376 . I tried to get the obvious drugged addicted driver to pull over once I caught up to him a few miles down the highway, he would not stop, multiple other drivers called in on the truck driving 80+ in a construction zone. Why would he be boy enough to run multiple people off the road onto the shoulder but not MAN to get the acts thrown back at him? I called the company no answer. STOP THAT DRIVER NOW BEFORE HE COMMITS MURDER INSTEAD OF ATTEMPTED MURDER.
Danger beware do not buy anything from this company I bought a truck from them had brand new motor and transmission with 3year 300000 mile warranty we put 5800 miles on truck and transmission went down we were told due to wrong linkage installed by d and b trucks I had to pay 5890 dollars to get truck out of shop and now am suing them to get my money back. STAY AWAY from this company
Purchased a t800 sleeper truck from these guys that they had converted to a glider. Truck was far from road ready and we had to do some minor repairs just to get home. We got it ready for the road which included a new camshaft, several new rockers, and a new ecm. and one week after it was on the road the transmission went out. We put a new transmission in and less than 100k miles later the crank broke. BUYERS BEWARE if you are considering a truck from these guys they will do anything to cover up a defect and not tell you
