I highly recommend D-Patick Crawfordsville. They are a great group of people. They got me in a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy with only 26,000 miles on it. Devon told me about the Santa Fe. Unfortunately when I went in to see about it Devon had to go out of town to deliver a vehicle. No worries though, he left me in good hands with Matt. I went in there and told them I didn't want to even test drive it unless I knew I could get it for a payment I could live with. They worked together along with Jordan the general sales manager to get me the payment I wanted. Matt said let's go and we took it for a drive. I fell in love with it. I believe that was the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure at all. Go see them and tell them Lauren sent you. 😉

There's a negative stereotype when it comes to car salesman; pushy, greedy, poor listeners...THEN, there's the crew of Devin, Matt, Hunter and Jake at D. Patrick in Crawfordsville. They worked with me, my budget and helped me find EXACTLY the best fit for my needs and financial situation. They have/can get everything from an $80k Vette down to a very affordable selection of used cars in my budget...and, if I'm being honest, I think they secured me as a longterm customer with their professionalism and their down-to-earth personalities and genuine care for having every customer leave excited with a smile on their face. 10/10, gentlemen! Great people here! Didn’t feel like salesman, felt more like friends. They put me in a vehicle at a great price! Matt was very personable and offered great service. I wasn’t sure about going through D-Patrick Crawfordsville but after my experience I’d highly recommend to everyone!

I booked an appointment weeks in advance to have my truck looked at while i was on vacation. 4 days before I was supposed to leave they called me to reschedule my appointment. Yeah no… i took it elsewhere and it’s still not fixed. I don’t support any business that breaks even a single appointment. I wanted to look at a bronco they had but I will not be going back to this dealership ever again. Keep your appointments people make. Incompetence costs people time, money, and hassle. I miss Etter Ford.
