Reviewers consistently praise the dealership's sales team, vehicle selection, and service quality, with particular emphasis on friendly staff and helpful customer interactions. However, some customers report frustration with service department responsiveness and administrative issues, particularly regarding title filing delays and pre-delivery vehicle preparation.
Another outstanding D-Patrick dealership. The folks here excel at customer service from sales to service. You will definitely find something you like in their large inventory. Here you will find the best service staff in the tri-state to ensure your vehicle will endure all the days ahead. They go the extra mile for their customers in every aspect of service.
I took our Murano to D-Pat for an oil change, The service was prompt and everyone was cordial. As work progressed, the service manager updated me. At the end of the service, I was given an overall service report, which I appreciated. I was pleased with the visit.
I don’t expect to be welcomed for car service at a dealership like I was walking into Five Star Restaurant, but I do expect to be acknowledged. The service desk was empty and three guys were staring at computers. No one even looked up and when I got someone’s attention, it was like I was disturbing them. I assume these guys are former mechanics and aren’t versed on niceties of customer service, but then I had to also take the initiative to find out if my car was ready after the repairs were completed. It’s making me rethink taking my cars to the dealer for service. I used to think the dealers were too expensive for service, which is true, but to pay dealer prices and get treated like you’re a redheaded stepchild is like a double whammy.
Pros: Good selection of vehicles, salesmen are pretty chill and helpful while not being too pushy. They worked with me on a vehicle swap and were extremely patient with me due to a hang-up on my financial institution being petty. Cons: Internet sales are quite the pest. Half a tank of gas on two different vehicles will never sit right with me lol. Refusal to make sure the brakes were good to go before letting a customer leave the lot just comes off as shady. And the reason why I'm only giving 2/5 stars, I got my vehicle on 3/10/26 with a temporary plate until 4/24/26. They didn't even file the title until 4/18/26, 5 weeks after the purchase of the vehicle. I contacted the DMV about it on 4/20/26 and was told with the title still not being ran through the system, I'll have to contact the dealership to see if they would issue another temporary tag. I did and they said they'll look into it. On the 22nd, I called back the dealership and was flat out told they wouldn't be issuing me anything, that I need to contact the DMV again. I contacted the DMV once again afterwards and was hoping for any kind of help. Nope. Title still wasn't showing up in the system. I called back on the 24th, the last day before expiration, and it still wasn't showing up. So now I'm legally not able to drive a vehicle I got a month and a half ago due to some sort of incompetence/refusal by the dealership and a hang up in the system in the state I live in. I would have recommended this place for sure until this debacle but unfortunately I hope people avoid this place.
D-Patrick Nissan (Evansville, Indiana) was an excellent experience. From locating the car I wanted on their website; working with Alissa and Joann to cut a deal with my trade-in, and on-site transition. Easy - peasy. Well run business with a competent and friendly team. My car went from the showroom floor to the highway in minutes. The team even wanted to see how I planned to enhance this hot roadster... with black and red stripes. Best car experience ever. 👌
