They were very easy to work with. Darin Lovelace was the salesman that I worked with and he gave me all the info I needed before heading that way. D3 had alot better prices than the other dealerships in Central AR. The sales staff was very friendly and they had alot of options in their inventory. If you are looking for a quality used vehicle this is the place to go. They even have options for those looking for something more extravagant. Lifted trucks and custom vehicles are available in their inventory as well!!! I'll definitely be using them in the future and referring them to my friends and family as well. Its 100% worth the drive to D3 in Des Arc.

David at D3 Auto sales in Des Arc AR worked us a great deal on a 2019 GMC Acadia for my wife which she loves and Randy helped us with great financing. The experience was relaxing at the dealership. Not high pressure like the big city guys are. I would definitely recommend you consider D3 if you’re looking for a great used vehicle. They’ll will do there best to get you in a vehicle that fits your budget. They have trucks & SUV’s amongst other vehicles. Did I forget to mention, David was a very nice guy along with other staff in the office. Can’t go wrong here. It feels like family.

My deal started before the truck even made it to the lot. Sales person Rev contacted me very quickly after leaving my info on the website link. Rev was very courteous and helpful and made sure I was kept updated on the arrival status of the truck. Once the truck arrived , Rev sent pictures immediately upon arrival and we immediately setup an appointment to look at the truck. Upon arrival at the lot, the truck was cleaned and ready for inspection and test driving. After discussions on trade in, service contracts, etc with Randy, we did a deal we both felt good about. Will definitely try to use D3 in the future.

2022 Chevy 3500 Duramax dually flatbed. David had good customer service and D3 had great prices. Truck is overall in good condition. Am having the boost pipe slipping but that's a GM issue can be fixed with aftermarket clamps or pipe kit. Discover 2nd battery it's not charging so it will have to be replaced trailer brake system not working but possibly related to the battery as I hear the trailer brake system is pickie about voltage. No major issues otherwise. for a 3yr old used truck I'm happy with this purchase. 11/26/25 update Replaced passenger side battery. found wire to trailer break controller rubbed through on frame rail by the TBCM fixed and trailer brakes are working now.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle . Everyone was very friendly and willing to work with me . I picked out what I wanted and was driving home in it within alittle over a hour . 10/10 recommend. Definitely will be a return customer .
