Love my JOOSE Jeep Compass in Joose color. We've been purchasing vehicles from Dahl motors long before it was Dahl (Jeep Dodge Ram) and have had outstanding service all along. Everyone in the Service dept., including Ben, David, Kris, Hunter and Tom Ferg our salesperson were nothing short of professional, helpful and eager to please. I need to replace my old cell phone in order to get GPS using Android auto/CarPlay and the technicians @ Dahl are ready to help a NOT tech savvy 65 yr old, like myself, learn how. My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Durango from Dahl in Steven's Point, WI. We worked Austin Benaszeski, a sales consultant with them. He was great. Knowledgeable, courteous, great to work with! He was very happy in his role, acted casual and "just himself" during the whole process. We will be back! FYI, spent some time Lucas also who was much the same. Actually everyone was friendly. Also note that the facility was clean, good atmosphere overall. A very satisfied customer!

Lucas, the finance manager, was great to work with. I drove away from their lot with a vehicle in my price range that had all the key features I wanted. There was a few small hiccups in the financing process but he kept me informed throughout and was prompt and knowledgeable. This is my first purchase from a dealership and I am pleased with the experience.
