Very happy with Pat and Noah the manager finding the Vehicle And color I wanted . Pat went above and beyond when he was explaining the features of the vehicle and how to use them. He also told us to come back in a month if we had any questions. Would buy another vehicle from Dahl Ford.

Dahl Ford Service Team failed to put back lug nuts on the rear left wheel of my Ford F150 2023 truck during the recent service (oil change and rotate tires) on January 20, 2026. It resulted in the truck malfunctioning and damage that happened on my way to work next morning at about 7:30am that could potentially result in the multiple car collision and injuries or worse (at the 60 mile speed on a busy highway). I managed to stop the truck (brakes were gone) and avoid collisions. The wheel was almost detached from the shaft. There was no lug nuts on the wheel (see pictures) After 8 years of being loyal customer to this dealership, I now have no trust with them. Don't be fooled by their "customer service" and safety protocols they don't care about.

Very happy with my experience with Dahl Ford! I use to have a Kia and I hated going to the dealership every time because I never felt they were helpful in any way. But after I bought a Ford, Dahl has been great. Always helpful when I've come in, transparent, and they even deliver your car to you once the service is done. I had a known Ford issue with my car (technical service bulletin). I didn't want to pay the amount Dahl quoted me but April recommended I call Ford to see if they would give me a discount. They totally did and I was able to fix the issue at a much lower cost.

I want to thank the people at the body shop for a great experience. Les was my primary coordinator over there and he couldn’t have been any better. They gave me a great loaner for almost two weeks after my GMC hit a deer. The final result looks better than the truck ever did before, and I’m very particular. Best body shop experience I’ve had. Thanks Les and the rest of the body shop team, you all are fantastic.

Dahl Ford did such great body work on this car, one can’t even tell that there was damage. They communicated everything that was going to get done and ended up being $100 under the initial quote. It was even completed on time with a beautiful car wash. The entire transaction went completely smooth. This is my first accident so I was really shocked that everything went so smoothly. Definitely recommend Dahl Ford for bodywork. Before and after photos have been included.
