This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and I had a great experience. Casey was amazing! He explained everything very well, helped me find something that fit my budget and needs, was patient with my many questions, and even ended up staying late to make sure I could take home my Forester the day of. He truly went above and beyond! I was on the fence about what I wanted my next car to be, and after shopping around a bit, I am happy I went this route. I felt so well taken care of throughout the whole process, and my dogs even got their own Subaru "Outbarks." So cute! Recently went in to test drive a vehicle we were interested in that was located at another dealership much farther from home. It was our first time ever driving a Subaru. We loved the car. The service was amazing and low pressure. So much so that we decided to purchase here instead. Our sales reps were patient and kind to my elderly mother explaining the process as we went— even at the end of their day we were not rushed or pushed into anything.
