I recently bought a used vehicle from Dale Howard. It was my first time doing business with them, and I was impressed. I feel like I got a great vehicle for a fair price. I mostly worked with Bill and John, and they were very good. They were patient, answered my questions and I didn't feel overly pressured into making any decisions. They really listened to what features in a vehicle were important to me, and made sure that was the vehicle I went home with. Working with the finance department also went smoothly. I would go back and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Purchased a Used F150 from Brady here last week and was a super simple no pressure process. Brady was great as he answered all my questions that I had about the vehicle and made it super easy for me to get the truck. All the sales people and staff I interacted with were very friendly. Also gave me good amount for my trade. Definitely will purchase here again in the future

Staff was great! Brady did a great job helping me through the process. Had a couple small issues with getting finance papers signed. Had some time to sit and wait. Just time lost on my part. The staff was real polite and caring to help make the time pass and did their best to speed things up. On that particular case a second finance person would benefit to help on a busy night. Overall, am very happy with the process and would recommend Dale Howard Dealership.
