Dalt's Honda Orillia

I bought my dream SUV at Dalt’s Honda and I couldn’t be happier 🤩 I was browsing their lot checking things out and Mike T greeted me and showed me around. He didn’t pressure me and took the time to break everything down for me. This was my first time purchasing a new warrantied vehicle right from the dealership and I had a lot of questions along the way. Mike and Bruce were both happy to answer my questions in a timely manner and that made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions along the way. I absolutely love my 2026 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid. I have to say the sleek blacked out chrome delete look with the tinted windows on the meteorite grey is giving modern day Darth Vader and I’m obsessed 🔥 As someone who works in customer service and sales, I felt good about my experience and the vehicle I purchased. I always lead with my gut and I definitely felt that doing business at this dealership was the right decision, especially because it’s local and close to home. I wanted something safe, reliable, affordable but luxury and this checks all of my boxes. Good job Mike & Bruce 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We recently brought my Honda Civic hatchback in to see if the air conditioning repair would be covered under my extended warranty, and to my great relief, it was fully covered. The repair was completed at no cost to me, which honestly left me in shock—in the best way, since I’ve never experienced that before. The service experience at Dalts Honda Orillia was excellent from start to finish. The service manager was very personable and took the time to chat with my husband, making the whole visit feel welcoming and comfortable. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We have two other Honda dealerships locally, but after this experience, we won’t be going anywhere else. We’ll be doing all of our future business with Dalts Honda in Orillia.

After a terrible experience at my local Honda dealership, I decided to contact Dalt’s Honda and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Bill, and picked up my new vehicle today. Bill was absolutely fantastic, honest, down to earth and made my purchase probably the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I could not ever imagine going to another dealership now! Dealing with Bruce was just as great. Both of these gentlemen are experienced, available, honest and kind. I’d rate even higher if google would allow me.

The service department (Cindy, Mary) and the technicians are friendly, reliable and take the time to document and explain the issues to ensure you are clear on what repairs need to be completed. Appointment times have always been honoured over the last nine years I've been there, and cant recommend Dalt's Honda enough!

At the end of the day, the whole car buying process is kind of deceptive. One person tells you a discount doesn't exist, another person will say that discount does exist and offer $1000 off. It's all made up and you should know that to be the case going into buying from this dealership.
