I set up an appointment to test drive a couple vehicles that I was interested in. Darrell was very helpful and friendly. He was understanding of my time and situation. He worked with me and got the ball rolling quickly and efficiently. The vehicle needed a small repair and he was very helpful in getting it taken care of and fixed in a timely manner. The liquid diamond crew was also a good experience. The girl at the desk was so nice and polite. It’s great dealing with such wonderful customer service people. Very excited for my new vehicle!

Absolutely hassle free. Jordan was our Salesperson at the Georgetown location, with some help from Josh Williams. We met Jordan at 1:00 and were finished and back home{100+miles away} by 4:30! Jordan gassed our Tacoma up and cleaned it. He has the sweetest, best personality. Very courteous and knowledgeable in what he does. We will 100% recommend him and Dan Cummins to everyone. Then Finance Manager Gabe Oldfield, completed our transaction with the same friendly, down to earth, upbeat personality. For us, that’s what sells an already good vehicle deal. We bought a vehicle over the weekend and had a great experience with Darrell Cross. Even though he was extremely busy with many customers, he ensured to take the time to make sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. He was great explaining in detail every step along the way throughout the buying process. Abdul in financing was great to deal with as well. We came with a pre approval from a leader, but Abdul was able to find a leader for us with a better interest rate. Great experience overall.

We came in excited to buy our daughter’s first car, but the experience at Dan Cummins was disappointing. On a separate visit, my husband was equally let down by the customer service. Across both experiences, the dealership’s leadership set a poor tone. The staff, clearly trained in this environment, were inflexible, seemingly more concerned with top dollar than building a long-term customer relationship. Even interactions with the managers felt impersonal and dismissive. We suggested meeting halfway—$500 each side—but the managers wouldn’t budge, even though we were prepared to write a check for the full amount with no financing. The car had a minor wreck (clean title), and had the experience been better, we’d have accepted their price. Instead, we found the same model—better condition—at a dealership in North Carolina. Even though their price was higher than what Dan Cummins wanted, we gladly paid that amount because of the vastly better experience. They treated us as valued customers, and we paid in full via wire transfer. The difference in customer care was unmistakable. The only positive takeaway was showing our 15-year-old daughter how crucial it is to expect respect and care when making a major purchase. Though they’ve since apologized, I hope fault isn’t placed primarily on the sales associate. In reality, the leadership is responsible. Accountability starts at the top. I hope the dealership reflects on this, because every customer deserves better—and their associates deserve better training and leadership, too.
