This is our third new purchase of a Toyota from them since 2021...first a Camry, followed by addition of a Tacoma TRD Sport and then a trade of Camry for this beautiful Corolla Cross.

Called about an electronic issue with my new Camry. They were so helpful and upfront about everything. They got me scheduled when the proper technician could be there to work on it and even did my scheduled maintenance while they had it. Another thing I loved was they pick up my car from my office after I arrived and work and dropped it back off before I got off. I will definitely be doing business there going forward.

I owe a ford f350 but everytime I call they get me right in. Done with in a 2 day span. And even wash the dirty thing. Thank for the good and fast job. Well done

I live in Western WA. Dan Hecht Chevrolet is located in Eastern IL. 1700+ miles away. Go figure, I found the car I've been stalking since COVID right there. Of course I had not found it anywhere closer nor ever found the exact options I was looking for. I spoke with Austin, who was very Midwesternly polite. He told me they don't like to sell out of state but prefer to keep their one owner vehicles in town. We talked a bit and after awhile they decided it would be OK for a Washingtonian to buy their vehicle. I had decided I wanted a car loan as I was looking to up my already good credit score with a better mix. The bank said they don't like to do out of state loans. Somebody is trying to mess with me getting the car I want. I decided to cash it out since I could. Austin was always very pleasant and responsive during this whole time. As I write this a friend is picking up the car to drive it back to WA so this rather long process hasn't produced a car for me yet. But in a few days I will have it.
