We had a great experience with Dan Powers, and specifically Tiffany. From start to finish, she was extremely helpful and informative. Because of her, we were able to arrange the purchase without seeing our truck firsthand. So when we arrived to confirm everything, it was even better than expected, the truck was ready to go, and the closing process was smooth. She did it all and made this experience memorable. Originally stopped in on 6/18/26 to pay for a service bill and pickup my vehicle. They had just put out promotions to save a certain $ amount if you spend a certain $ amount. I of course wanted to take advantage of this, well it was going to be a learning experience for everyone. I got approved within minutes however the credit card company has their temporary card on the same page as your agreement so I didn't see it. Between 3 employees, Missy, Kylee, and Beau; they stayed after closing to get an answer and get me taken care of. I felt bad being the customer who made employees stay after closing time because I also work in the same line of business. However I thought the actions of those 3 individuals shouldn't go unnoticed. I was able to schedule installment of a goose neck hitch in a reasonable amount of time. Price was competitive and installation was very professional and quick. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend them highly.

I’ve always been pleased. Till now. Service guys really nice, but I’m back where I started. Another new battery totally drained again. Had Malibu towed first time. ($165) I haven’t called service yet to ask what to do.

UPDATE After contacting the Service manager they had me bring the truck back up and apologized for the confusion. Scott was very professional and went out of his way to correct the issue and make things right. Every issue was addressed and repaired. My truck is running great again and I am a happy customer! Took my Colorado up for a vacuum leak in the evap circuit. Told them where the bad hose was and asked them to replace it. Instead they tell me my water pump is leaking and the oil sending unit as well which was causing an oil light to come on while at idle. They replace the sending unit and tell me the oil light will never come on again... they leave it unplugged. Replaced the water pump and tensioning pully, replaced one fuel line and charge me $1300 and never replaced the hose I asked them to change. Service engine light is still on, codes still present, still idles rough. Lost another customer... And people wonder why I have trust issues.
