When I noticed a tire issue shortly after taking delivery, Bryan stepped up and acted as the middleman between me and the service department, keeping me informed every step of the way. His communication was excellent—he kept me updated every step of the way and even sent detailed pictures and an amazing video of the car before it was out of the service department. Thanks to him, I was able to hold the car with a deposit and come in and see it shortly after it hit the showroom floor. I also had the pleasure of working with Chris, who was incredibly fair and transparent during the negotiation process. He helped me secure a great deal without any pressure. I was coming from out of state so there were a few complexities with my purchase but they made sure to take care of it. I was looking for a reliable vehicle for my son and found the perfect one at Danbury Used Car Center. I called and made an appointment with Steven, who was the sales representative who assisted me in closing the deal. Respectful, professional and honest was the service he provided me. I was greeted by the Sales manager Al, who was attentive and knowledgeable. Al and I discussed the benefits of an extended in house bumper to bumper warranty, which I felt was advice I should consider. After hammering out the particulars with the finance manager regarding which coverage would work best for my vehicle, I decided to take advantage of it. Also, it would be unfair not to mention how the dealership detailed the vehicle for me. When I came to pick up the car, it was spotless and shining as if it was new. Truly, a positive buying experience.
