Dansville Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I went here to trade in my Subaru for a traverse as our family is growing and needed a bigger vehicle before June. I dealt with Lenny to get the traverse and he was super helpful, and very patient with me as I had a ton of questions given I was trading in a very reliable vehicle for one that was used with more miles than my current. The day I went to get my new car I had realized a few things that needed to be addressed by the shop so I contacted Lenny and he had me drop it back off the next day and sent me with a loaner vehicle. It took about 3 weeks for my traverse to be done but the shop made sure it was good and ready for me. The loaner I had while waiting ended up unfortunately breaking down, however as I was freaking out I called the dealership and let Jen know what was going on and she was very understanding and sent a driver out to get me and sent a tow truck to get the loaner. All in all, the loaner breaking down was a freak thing as all vehicles at some point can have any sort of issue. Jen was very kind and helpful, my traverse happened to be done that same day so I got my new vehicle! At the end of the day, I would definitely recommend going and dealing with either Lenny or Jen to purchase your new vehicle! They’re both super helpful and understanding.

I had a fantastic experience buying my Dodge Durango from them. Jerry was my point of contact and helped throughout the whole process. Excellent salesman that wasn’t pushy and was willing to do what it took to get my business. My husband and I had a great experience working with Jenny and my parents are now working to purchase through Lenny. We appreciate them going the extra miles for us and also being kind to our six year old daughter who was with us through some of the processes!

I am not one to normally complain about a business nor would I do so without strong consideration. With that being said I wanted to share my experience with Dansville Dodge. I brought my Ram 3500 Laramie to them for a recall which was the replacement of a fuel pump and a transmission tune through the computer. They had it a few days and originally I thought the process was painless. Here's where the issue arises. After washing my truck today and noticing that there was damage on my front bumper which was clearly not there before I took it to them. To top it off they tried covering it up with a horrible touchup paint that didn't even match the correct color. I confronted them about it and I told them I knew it was them who did it as I have proof and still they denied it and the Manager even came out and started yelling and getting in my face about it. His exact words were "even if you came to me the next day I wouldn't of covered the damage". This is not the proper way to do business, especially on a $75,000 truck which didn't even have a single scratch on it before they got it. I feel as if everyone should know about this issue and how they treat their customers before anyone takes their vehicle there to get worked on.
