My experience at the Lexus dealer with Alex the salesperson was very smooth. Firstly, I got a good price for my trade in car…had to wait for my new car for a while but was given a loaner until my car was here. It took over two weeks but I didn’t mind it at all since my loaner was the same car that I decided to purchase and had 1900 miles on it. Lastly, I am glad I purchased of Lexus NX 350h is great on gas and it drives well.

He was much more than just a salesperson; he was genuinely considerate of my needs and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect I’ve been to two other Lexus dealership. They had good salespeople. Jose was different - he was more of an amigo to me. At our first meeting, he assured me that we focus on which car I want to buy and he takes care of the rest. He really did held to his promise I lived in Tokyo and I know how the customer service there works.
