After a frustrating situation at another dealership in NJ, where the numbers kept changing and nothing made sense, this location was a breath of fresh air. From the first phone call, Mike was great and set me up with Chris, who took amazing care of me from the moment I walked in. The entire process was transparent, pressure-free, and actually made sense. Even the finance team was excellent. The regional manager, Shay Mehta, personally introduced himself, which really speaks to the professionalism and culture here. I felt respected, comfortable, and truly taken care of. I recently obtained a NX 350H from DARCARS Lexus. The sales Manager Michael and my Sales Associate Christopher were incredible. This was the best experience I have ever had in buying or leasing a car. I was loyal Honda customer for over 20 years and never recieved such service like I did at this dealership. They made me feel as if I had been a customer for years. Each individual I dealt with from Jessica in finance, to Emilio who helped me learn all of the features with the car, were all quite exceptional. The dealership was pristine and had great amenities. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They were very competitive with other dealers. I highly recommend this dealership and the sales manager and his team. Truly incredible.
