I have told 3 different (I assume they were different) people that I do not want calls for service. They all said they would take my number off their list, but yet every month I get a call asking to make an appointment for maintenance. Incredibly annoying.

Went for an oil change. I mentioned to the Machanics when I turn my wheel there’s a creaking sound could it be my suspension needs lubricants or my steering wheel fluid. They said they’d look. Never did. I mentioned it at the end as well just kept saying I’d have to go on ride along with you. Didn’t go over any list saying we looked at all these things they advertise they do. I asked did they check coolant he says yes I’ll look again which I then say we’ll there’s a small leak. They never apparently seen. I never seen them top anything up. Everywhere I’ve gone for oil they tell you all they checked what was good etc. never have had service like that at an oil change before.

I walked in today looking for a specific vehicle and not one staff member acknowledged me. Yes I was by myself, I'm sure you'd rather see me with my husband and thanks for making me feel not worth your time.

Best service. If you need vehicle, no hassles was always happy dealing with this dealership
