From start to finish, Oliver was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident in my decision.

Came in looking for Chevy Trax or Trailblazer. After looking at some we decided on the Trax and test drove one. We love our Equinox and this had all the same feels and honesty felt bigger than what the exterior shows. Todd and Olli were more than helpful and helped guide us the whole way. They went over the different options they had in the inventory and answered all questions we had. All of this while they were assisting multiple customers, we always felt like they were taking care of us and kept us in mind. We ended up getting in towards closing time, they stayed after and everyone was friendly and helpful. Very great experience! We look forward to getting our next Chevy with you all!

We had an outstanding experience working with Ethan. He was attentive, patient, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. His knowledge of EVs was impressive and made us feel confident in our decision. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. My experience was amazing, beyond what I would have ever expected on April 25th 2026. I have been shopping around awhile to trade in My 2018 Equinox LT. I came across the website on a Facebook ad, so I checked out the site and read tons of reviews. After deciding to take a trip down to Dave Gill Chevrolet (I'm from Marion) I got to about Delaware when my brakes had gone out. Hard pedal to push the vacuum pump had gone bad. I sat in a parking lot in Delaware for about an hour. After deciding to just continue to go to Dave Gill I arrived around 12. I ended up talking to Todd Gray as I arrived. We went inside and talked about my needs and wants and what I was interested in. So he grabbed the keys to all the cars and let me check them out myself. He was also training a new guy Ethan. I went back in and filled out an app. Couldn't get anything done with a used car so we had to look at brand new cars. 26 Trax Activ. After running the numbers it just wasnt the right fit. Then we tried a 26 Trailblazer, although I did get approved for it the payment wasnt where I wanted it to be. So I decided to decline the offer. Either Todd or Ethan once ever pushed me into taking the deal or to look at a car I wasnt interested in. So I went back to get into my car to leave and for some odd reason it would not crank over. At this point im frustrated and just wanna leave. So I get ahold of a friend that lives in Columbus to see if he would come help. Inept trying to get the car started no luck. So I had went back to let Todd know I would be back tomorrow Sunday April 26th 2026 to get the car towed. Maybe 20 mins later he came out and said I may be able to get into a lease. Not thinking im gonna even get approved so I said why not let's try it. We'll I ended up getting approved for a 26 Chevy Equinox EV on lease. Best part is they still gave me the same trade in amount I was getting before my car took a crap. My overall experience would be a 10 out of 5 star rating. One of the better dealerships I've dealt with. Kudos to an excellent score to Todd Ethan and Lisa. You all did a phenomenal job. Would recommend them 100000000%. But just remember if the deal doesn't feel right you are obligated to decline it and walk away. Dont put yourself into a bad situation.

Took my car in because I had white smoke coming from my tailpipe on my 2023 Trailblazer. Got diagnostic test and oil change done couldn’t find anything wrong. I drove out of town and on the way back home I experienced car trouble. Immediately made an appointment at different dealership only to find out my engine needs replaced. I let Dave Gill know that I was uncomfortable driving my truck after getting the engine replaced and I wanted to look into getting a different car. Went and test drove a Trax the payments where out of my price range and they haven’t reached out to me since. They didn’t offer any type of discount or anything for all of the things I went through. Very disappointed.
