I've always revered Hallman as a classy and historically important business for the City of Erie. The manager, my individual salesman and finance guy (Ben, Joe and Zach respectively) were top notch empathetic and professional gentleman. They were genuinely excited to deliver the best to my young son and myself knowing that we needed a safe and reliable vehicle. As an older single dad, it was apparent that they were there to help first and foremost. Non judgemental of credit issues and other extraneous variables that arose. Super friendly staff from the get go. I was there as they opened for the day as my scheduled time was 7am. Everyone was very positive and engaged, making my drop off easy. I was offered a ride to work but I declined as I already had alternate transportation arranged, but it was greatly appreciated. Immediately after dropping my truck off I was getting alerts and a link to check status, also a personal message and employee name to reach out to for any questions. Always great service, staff work well together as a team.

The service was great! Gary Hammer came out and met me right away. He's personable, attentive, listened to what I had to say and didn't rush me. I bought a 2022 Equinox.
