We recently bought 3 new vehicles here. I can't say enough about Collin. He really took time to listen to what we were looking for and met us at our price points on everything. Never once did he act like we were a burden. He was incredible. He has been helpful and followed up to make sure we were enjoying our purchases. I want to add that Kyle did the finance end and walked us through all of it. We are already talking about our next purchase here. They truly took care of every aspect of this transaction. We ended up with 2 Expeditions ( Penelope & Phat Daddy) and lastly 2023 Camaro her name is Caroline. Start to finish Collin seen us through. Their mechanics also did fantastic fixing loose ends for us. Always got our stuff back cleaned up and washed.

Had such a good experience here- super knowledgeable, friendly sales team. Never felt pressured or rushed, everyone was happy to let us take our time at every step. Our sales guy (Nick) even put together a list of restaurants that we would like since we aren’t from the area. Drove an hour and a half to this dealership because not only did they have my dream car, but the price absolutely could not be beat. Such a pleasant surprise to walk in to such a welcoming environment! No pushy sales people that put on a whole persona with the only goal being making a sale off you. Nick called me a few days later to make sure we were happy with the vehicle, and even asked where we went for dinner and if we liked it. Cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.

Where do I even begin…..this was the BEST experience we have EVER had buying a vehicle. My Acadia once again got stuck in the bad weather on Friday and I said that’s it! My husband was so impressed with the process from beginning to end that he just bought a new Bronco! 2 vehicles in 3 days! We had the pleasure of meeting Dave Smith and his sister, Alison and they were so welcoming, it made us feel right at home! Our salesperson John Faggiano and our finance guru, Kyle Stanton went above and beyond and THEN some to get us into our dream SUV’s! I'm making a review for their auto repair center. Bill was the frontman for my concerns which I deferred to, and I had a chance to talk to a mechanic who worked on my vehicle Mohammad. I left everything to this team. All of which were highly competent, transparent, easy to understand, and just professionals. I feel like they moved mountains for me in regards to the amount of work my vehicle needed. I wouldn't trust my vehicle at this point in other shops, they even addressed some hidden concerns previous shops neglected to mention, or were altogether unaware of. I'm concerned with the longevity of my vehicle, and maintenance has a compounding way of rewarding you in the long run which is why I chose Dave Smith Ford. With all this said, I hope this shop doesn't let up on the work they're doing. For those curious, I had a wheel bearing, drive shaft, brakes, rotors, and various other routine maintenance done here, with plans for a coolant flush, induction service, and a 5k service slated in the near future. The team isn't doing science experiments on your vehicle and are operating in good faith. Well done.

I cannot recommend Dave Smith Ford enough. Matt in finance is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He worked long and hard to get my fiance and I the deals we wanted to get into our new cars. I have never felt such tremendous service from any dealership In my life. Though Matt truly went above and beyond, each and everyone at that dealership showed us extraordinary customer service and continue to even after we purchased the vehicles. They gained two life long customers.
