I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Denali 2500 from Dave Smith Motors in Kellogg, ID, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. My first contact was Issak, who was great to work with. I’d been hunting for a 2025 Denali to take advantage of year-end incentives, but after some back-and-forth he offered me a 2026 model at the 2025 price—a deal I couldn’t pass up. That kind of honesty and flexibility set the tone for the whole experience. We made the 3-hour drive from Montana to pick up the truck, and it was absolutely worth it. When we arrived, we worked with Crystal, who took great care of us. She noticed some minor bed liner overspray on the new truck and immediately helped us get it taken care of—she made sure we left happy and confident in our purchase. Finally, we met with Al (or Ben) in finance, who made that part of the process fast, easy, and straightforward—no pressure, no gimmicks, just clear numbers and great service. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Fair trade value, great pricing, and even better people. I’ll absolutely be back and plan to buy all my future vehicles from Dave Smith Motors. Definitely worth the drive to Idaho!

Huge shoutout to the Dave Smith Motors team! First off, the inventory this group has is incredible! Second, customer service is beyond excellent; Crystal Corbett(Sales), Ridge(Finance) & Jay(Manager). Crystal probably pulled 4-5 different vehicles to test drive on a Monday. Ridge/Jay made the finance side a breeze and we drove a new truck off the lot by the end of the week. Wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else, cheers team!!!

Absolutely recommend! My new vehicle just arrived yesterday and it's absolutely stunning. I had found the truck I was searching for on the Dave Smith website, then reached out in the online chat and was quickly assisted by my new sales associate DJ. I'm several states away and he was able to handle everything step by step over the phone. If I had a question, he was very responsive and knowledgeable. If I had a specific request, he made it happen. Very thorough and just a great person to work with, 10 out of 10! He got the delivery all lined up, a flawless operation! I even got a personal walk through video going over all the new features on the vehicle.These guys care to take care of what you need or want.
