I’m the middle of this ridiculous blizzard and road closures, housed at a NG Armory for emergency, I needed service on my 2014 Grand Caravan…. With my luck, there was one tech that did make it to work and took me in to service my van. On top of all the crazy weather, my thermostat was stuck open so we had no heat intermittently and that’s just not something I could have for me, the kids, and the pups. Thanks for taking care of this very grateful disabled veteran!!!!

Had an oil leak from my jeep. They got it fixed up same day. Fast service friendly folks at the desk. If you need repairs done right come here.

Got my ram 2500 in the next day for a alignment and out just as quick. Great price and great to work with

Horrible customer service. Called to order parts, three days later was called and informed that my parts have arrived. Drove 60 miles one way to get parts and They only had half of what I ordered. And to top it off I was told Parts/Service/Sales were all open Saturdays until Noon. Wrong. Noone was available to help that knew anything. Needless to say I will never do business with Dave Syverson Volkswagen again.
