My experience trading in a car and buying a new one at David Westcott GMC could not have been any better. My salesperson, Jessica Mann gets a 10 out of 10 rating from me as she listened to what I was looking for and answered all of my questions. She did not pressure me or try to “upsell” me and was very clear in explaining how the trade in and buying process worked. I already had a couple of quotes for my car so I knew what was fair. She brought in the sales manager to answer questions she could not answer. This resulted in a very satisfactory outcome. Picking up my car could not have been easier. All of the paperwork was ready (thank you, Amy!) and my few questions were answered Jessica introduced me to the Service Team and also spent a very generous amount of time with me in my new car, helping me set up everything most important to making my driving experience comfortable and safe. I purchased a truck from Westcott GMC that I found on the internet. I live 8 hours away from them. May salesman was Jimmy Chilton. The entire transaction was was done via phone, email & text. Jimmy could not have been more accommodating. He was quick to respond to my questions and requests. Very pleasant to talk to on the phone. I also had some interaction with Amy in the office who took care of the paperwork. She too was great to deal with. After the deal was finalized I arranged to have the truck shipped to me. Jimmy worked with my shipper. Took pictures and video before it was loaded on the transport and sent them to me. I was able to easily verify that there was no damage done during shipping.
