I wanted to share my past experience with Davidson Chevrolet dealership back in 2013 with this dealership as they provide me such a professional highest integrity and overall experience with regards to my special ordered 2013 collectors edition 60th Anniversary, 427 fully equipped, manual transmission convertible in magnetic red metallic Tintcoat! What a amazing C6 convertible corvette! Each generation continues to improve and thrive in this corvette community! I highly appreciate and recommend Davidson Chevrolet dealership as they salesman was knowledgeable and professional and took the time during the ordering process! Service department experience was top notch and treated every ones corvette with the upmost care:) I think back and wanted to update my past experience with this fantastic corvette dealership!
Best experience I’ve had a dealership. The salesman John is truly a great guy. He’s upfront, honest and easy to work with. He also picked me up the day I was taking my truck home.
Brought a newly purchased used vehicle in for TPMS programing on all four new tires and new sensors. Waited for 1 1/2 hours for them to complete the programing that should take 15 minutes. Service advisor gave me attitude that my car was the problem. Paid $200 for the visit and the "service tire monitor" light was back on in less than 10 miles. Spoke to the advisor again who said it was likely that my new sensors are bad. Maybe one but not three out of four. If they were trying to earn a new customer, they didn't. This Dealership showed no interest in resolving my issue nor the capability to do so. Do not spend your money here because they will not have earned it. This is exactly how dealerships lose their reputations and why the general public tries to avoid them. Here's hoping you become a Dollar General store soon, real soon!
The staff are friendly and flexible. John Scott went above and beyond to get a deal that would work for me and I am so grateful for all of the time he put in. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of the process. I have purchased a few cars in my time and this dealer is truly the best!
