# Summary The dealership receives sharply divided feedback, with customers praising its straightforward sales process and respectful staff, while others report significant issues with service department responsiveness, accountability, and sales practices including alleged bait-and-switch tactics. Multiple reviewers cite poor customer service experiences ranging from long wait times and incomplete repairs to refusal to take responsibility for damages and reluctance to service higher-mileage vehicles.

Edit: I think a signed purchase agreement signed by your manager on Monday, June 1st would be a pretty firm commitment! We had arrangements to come Tuesday, June 2nd at 6pm to pick it up. We were told by Eddie if we couldn’t get there by 2PM on Tuesday that another salesman was going to sell it. It was at that moment, after the ultimatum that we told you to go ahead and sell it. Please help me understand how much earlier in the week that we stated we were no longer interested when we started this whole process on Saturday, May 30th? If I could give zero stars I would! We were going to purchase a 2023 Ford F-150 but Eddie the salesman called the day we were going to pick it up and gave us an ultimatum. To either be there by a specific time or they were selling it out from under us even though we offered to put money down to hold it for us. We live over an hour away and couldn’t make it by his specific time. I’m glad we didn’t do business with them if that’s how they treat their customers! We will take our money elsewhere and I strongly urge everyone else do the same.

Terrible service. I gave the dealership a second chance. Previously I was overcharged for service work completed on my Excursion but they did correct the issue so I figured I’d give them a second chance. That was my mistake. I took my Lincoln in for an inspection and while it was in asked for them to replace the cabin air filter. Prior to going in I removed everything from my glove box so it would be easier to access it. When I got home I doubled checked the work before putting everything back in the glove box and saw that the tech broke off one of the filter door tabs. One was previously broken off and I checked the area just prior to the repair. When I called the dealer they were very apologetic and said they would find the correct part and repair it. After I went back in a second time, the service manager said he would not repair it or make any concessions. He even said that the tech reported that it was broken before he replaced the air filter the first time which was incorrect. I believe in second chances and giving the dealership another chance but they just proved again their inability to competently work on a vehicle. I will not make this mistake again and others shouldn’t either. I’d avoid this dealership at all costs. The dealership also responded and said the lid was screwed on. Clearly it is not. It has holes but clearly they’re open.

I really liked working with Davidson Ford. I was interested in a certain vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted. They never talked down to me, or tried to convince me to do a different deal than the one I already knew what I wanted (unlike a different dealer I was dealing with previously). The whole process was quick, friendly, and so so easy.

Honestly, one star is generous. Made an appointment to get a tire replaced (informed the gentleman when I called that there was a nail in the tire) at 11:30 am. Brought my 2021 Ford Explorer in at 2 pm for the appointment, was told they were running a bit behind. No big deal. But then around 4 pm I was told they were finally getting my vehicle in: right before 5 pm is when the text was sent that the vehicle service had started. Then I was told that they couldn’t repair the tire and had to order the tire because they had none in stock. Despite having parking lot full of Explorers that probably had the same type of tire. Three hours for that? Unacceptable. The best the Service Advisor (not even some sort of manager at this point) could do was offer to order the tire and cover a rental for Monday morning. I’m just upset at the lack of promptness and seeming to really not care that I had been waiting an extended time just to hear that they couldn’t help me. Highly disappointed.

Incredibly disappointed with the service department here. I’ve been trying to book an appointment, but because my truck has over 100k miles, they won't even give me the courtesy of a call back. What makes this completely unacceptable is that I still have a valid Ford Extended Service Plan. It’s a shame that despite paying for Ford's official coverage, I’m forced to drive 40 minutes away to the next closest dealership just to get service. If you have a high-mileage vehicle, don't expect any communication or help.
