Davis Auto Group

I walked into Davis Auto Group one afternoon hoping to look at some used vehicles. It was just before mid-afternoon; I don’t remember exactly what day, but I was ready—not in a fancy suit, just regular clothes. I expected someone to greet me, ask if I needed help, show me some options. But nothing. I wandered through the showroom for maybe 10-15 minutes. There were several staff around—at least half a dozen, maybe more. Some were behind counters, some walking around—but none of them even acknowledged me. No greeting, no “hello,” no offer to help. I felt invisible. After awhile it felt weird staying. I didn’t feel welcome. It was almost as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. Later, I left without buying anything. I decided to try another dealership instead. I didn’t get a sales pitch, didn’t get service, didn’t feel like Davis Auto Group cared whether I was a customer or not. Just silence. It’s a small thing maybe, but that’s how I left. Disappointed.

Got my Winter Tires put on today. Really good service! Everyone so friendly. They keep the coffee area clean and well stocked. Thank You so much!

Terrible. Pathetic. I'd give it a 0 if given the option or a a secret shopper. Went in just before 2pm to see someone about a used vehicle. Check the video if you need. Guy walking aound in a safety jacket. I wandered around the showroom for about 15 minutes. Out of 7 people I counted that work there, nobody acknowledged me. Not even a hello, or di you need any assistance? . Sorry I wasn't wearing a suit to be recognized. I was tempted to take picture inside of the 3 guys at the desk at the large counter up front. I like Dodge products but I won't buy from these guys. I'll go to Fort McLeod and see Scott out there. I should of gone there 1st, my bad. That's okay we spent our money at another dealership. No financing plan if you get my drift. Funny what may happen if you acknowledge someone, even they may not wear a suit.

Amazing in house financing. Outstanding service centre. Fantastic cafe upstairs with great food and very reasonable prices. Best place I’ve purchased a vehicle yet.

Great experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy their work.
