First time ever buying a new vehicle and the process was so smooth and straightforward. Tyler Smith reached out to me after I was perusing the website looking at this specific Trax. Immediately he was kind and wanted to see if I was interested and setting up a test drive. Fast forward two weeks the test drive comes. Tyler is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, calm and charismatic. If he didn't know an answer to a question he would go find out for you. The entire process of selecting the trim, style, colour, payment plan down to discounts and even special packages were straightforward and clear. Not once did I question Tyler of his knowledge and confidence while talking about the vehicle. He even checked in a week before pick up, day of, and even after purchasing to make sure everything was okay :) absolute rockstar. Jason Brumer was my financial advisor and a good one at that. He explained every single little thing clearly, from the more complicated processes to the packages, warrenty, finance options and interest. Nothing felt limited and he was able to customize a deal that best suited me. Jason is cut and clear and very warm when speaking about the finance portion, specifically payments, extras to the payments and even tells stories about what works best for others and what typically doesn't. I have to start this off by saying, the first vehicle Davis Chevy sold me was 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, and it was one of the most reliable vehicles somebody could ask for, and for seven years it got me everywhere I needed to go. I had no choice, but to come back! Last week I walked out with a brand new 2026 Buick Envision Avenir, I didn’t even go in there wanting a new vehicle. But my salesman Dermot knew exactly what I needed, without even knowing I needed it. I really appreciated that he took a personable touch to his sales, was very attentive, respectful, eager without being aggressive, and honestly seemed just excited as I was to be walking out with that vehicle. I highly recommend his service to anybody, he truly made the experience that much better. Huge shout out to the team at Davis Chevy, the installation of the XPEL was flawless(shout out to Eldon the Specialist Finance Manger) the car is immaculate, it sounds and drives amazing. I want to extend my appreciation for your team that has kept me on the road feeling safe and sound in reliable vehicles, and great service for a good portion of my life. I started looking for a truck around the beginning of May, talked to a couple of dealerships, and all I got was the run around. So one day I decided to stop in at Davis in Airdrie, I was greeted by Jamie the reptionist and Joel in sales. I talked with Joel and explained what I was looking for and he had one but just sold it. So he introduced me to Zach and we chatted for a bit and told me if something came up they would call. A week or so later I finalized a private sale on my old truck and started to panic as I had no vehicle. That day Joel called me and said I have one you have to come see it and once I saw the truck the rest is history. Jamie always has a smile when you walk in the door and always helpful, 10 stars for Jamie. Joel is an amazing salesman, he kept in contact with me and if I had questions he had answers its like a made a new friend, 10 stars for Joel. Omar and Zach also just amazing people to deal with and just genuine people, also 10 stars. Eldon did the application for financing, figured we would hear later that night or the next nope it was 10 minutes after the paperwork was done I was approved, another 10 stars. A couple of days after I picked up the truck having a few issues, called Joel he said no problem we will get you in and get it fixed up and thanks to Jacob and Lucas in service they are helping me out. I apologize for the lengthy review but my experienc with Davis has been amazing and I recommend them to everyone! I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Davis Chevy. I worked with Eunice, Eldon, and Hilton, and they made the entire experience incredibly easy. From the day I went to look at the car to the day I scheduled to pick it up, everything was completed within a week. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely great to work with.The rest of the staff, from the front desk to the other salespeople were friendly and welcoming as well.
