Nice dealership with very helpful staff. Tyson and Shawn were great! It's rare to find a dealership/sales people that are as patient as them and genuinely put the time and effort into knowing what their customer would like and need. Very impressed with them and this particular dealership as a whole.

The sales manager was amazing with getting financing for my new RAM 1500. Travis sold the RAM 1500 to me from start to finish Travis was personable, attentive and did a great job getting the vehicle ready for delivery day. Thank you for your commitment Travis.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to all the service staff. I rolled in at noon time in need of an oil change for my 2023 Promaster. It’s not a standard window van, it’s been customized by Jayco so higher, longer and heavier. Honestly I was expecting to be given the sorry, we can’t accommodate your van until….. much later. Instead I was told to return at 2:00 and they would look after me. I returned at 1:30 and by 3:30 my van was all finished. I was honestly in shock. All the staff were immensely friendly and helpful. We chatted about my trip so far and where I was headed next. At my age this is what I refer to as “old fashioned service “. Squeezing in someone you know can’t hang around to make an appointment and then taking time to talk with them. Thank you so much.

I can’t believed I got my 2023 warlock 5.7 hemi coz I was in a bad credit, it all started thru FB here I saw AB auto clearance I did fill up those questions until I got an email saying some dealership will contact me just right after not even an hour a guy name Darren called me and asked some questions and a copies of my recent’s paystub that day I’m on my way to my doc appointment, just within half an hour he called me back told him I am driving on my way to appointment said call me back for after an hour then when I got done I spoke to him and I can’t believe he told me I can get a truck and that’s the one he gave me 18k of mileage and a loaded one I need a truck to pull my 27’ camper where my 2017 F150 was lose steering power almost in a limp mode. This guy really amazing and really really swift transaction and amazing deal the next day I took my Ram and drive back home and really happy. Thanks Darren C your an asset of that bridge city Chrysler and thank you also to Travis.

Bridge City Chrysler is hands down the best dealership service department I have ever used. Courtney Hildebrand is amazing and helped me navigate my warranty program while constantly keeping me in the loop as the third party warranty company was slow to approve the repairs to my Ram truck. All work was done right the first time and I felt that this team was very honest and straightforward. I wasn’t really considering replacing my wife’s Buick with a Chrysler, but I am now!
