I was contacted by sales about two weeks ago regarding my car. It appears they were trying to move some 2024 models of the same car I drove. It was supposed to be an even trade, new car for old car, start payments over and viola! Done deal. Things didn't quite work out that way. Ron Neal and TJ listened to what I actually wanted and worked with me and while I did end up getting a new car, I got more of an upgrade than I expected. They both did exactly as promised and Karl in finance took good care of me as well. The whole experience was very low pressure and as opposed to dreading a car dealership, this is now the second car I've purchased here and if I'm still living in Gainesville in a few years, this will likely be where I buy my next car as well. I had been using their service department for a couple of years prior to this, and I can't compliment them enough. The service department operates very much in the same way the dealership does. All in all, if you need a new or used vehicle, give Ron and TJ at Davis Auto Group a shot. I think you'll find the experience as pleasant as I did.
