My son and I recently purchased a 2023 Acura TLX A-Spec from Davis-Moore Chevrolet, and overall I couldn’t be happier with the experience. A huge thank you to my salesperson, BIG AL and Matthew who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and based on his service alone this dealership deserves 5 stars. However, my experience with the finance department was terrible. The finance manager, Satya Sudarsan, started off friendly and professional, but his demeanor instantly changed after I declined the extended warranty. I explained that I’ve been doing my own repairs for more than 20 years and simply didn’t feel the warranty was necessary for me. After that, he began telling my son and me that by declining the warranty we were taking money away from his family. That was completely inappropriate and made the situation uncomfortable. Customers should be able to decline additional products without being pressured, guilted, or treated differently afterward. Honestly, that interaction also made me question the value of the warranty itself. If a product is truly worthwhile, customers shouldn’t need to be pressured into purchasing it. BIG AL absolutely earned my respect and appreciation, but the finance experience unfortunately took away from what would have otherwise been an outstanding car-buying experience.

Our experience at the dealership was truly exceptional. From the start, the internet rep, Matt, was outstanding. He followed up consistently but not annoyingly and made sure the vehicle I wanted would be available (something I greatly appreciated since I had a four‑hour drive to get there). His communication gave me peace of mind and set the tone for a smooth experience. When we arrived, we were taken care of by Josh, and he exceeded every expectation. Even though he said he's relatively new to selling cars, he was excellent! Josh was incredibly genuine, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to explain all the vehicle’s features, was open to reviewing different options, and was always ready to answer any question we had. He was respectful, easygoing, attentive, and completely on top of things throughout the entire process. Josh is an upstanding, personable professional and one of the rare car salespeople who immediately strikes you as trustworthy. Our experience with him was so positive that it left a lasting impression. It created a loyal customer. I already know where I’m getting my next car when my new one is ready to trade in a couple of years, and I will be sending anyone I know who’s looking for a vehicle directly to Josh, not just to Davis Moore, but specifically to him. He is absolutely at the top of the list when it comes to car dealers who make you feel confident and valued. Overall, the service from both Matt and Josh made the long drive completely worth it. We felt welcomed, respected, and extremely well taken care of from beginning to end.

About a year and a half ago, I purchased a 2021 Corvette HTC 3LT Z51 from your team, and that experience alone reflect​ed the professionalism and integrity your dealership stands for. Recently, while I was on vacation, I encountered unexpected transmission issues. During that time, I had to take my vehicle to a dealership I was not entirely confident in. However, Tim, your Service Manager, went above and beyond to assist me. He arranged cost-effective transportation for my Corvette back to Wichita and truly advocated on my behalf throughout the entire process. Despite my vehicle being just one day outside of the powertrain warranty, Tim worked diligently and successfully secured full coverage for the repairs. In addition, he ensured I was provided with a 30-day rental vehicle, which happened to be a Chevrolet Equinox that has been an absolute pleasure to drive. I cannot fully express how grateful I am for the exceptional level of care, dedication, and integrity demonstrated by Tim and Matt, as well as the entire team at Davis-Moore Chevrolet on Kellogg West. Their commitment to doing what is right, even when it is not required, speaks volumes about the values your organization embodies. I had a great experience when I came in to buy a truck. Josh Theus went above and beyond to help us out and answer all of our questions.
