Davis Toyota of Orangeburg

This dealer is a top flight, spot on dealer... throughout all phases. We leased a Sienna on 12/27/25- at that time the Sienna was a HOT marketting vehicle. We saw it on 12/24 but there was not time to finalize the deal as they closed early for the holidays (Great family group feel). They were to remain closed 12/26& 12/26 coming back on 12/27. We were super close. On 2/26 the sales manager reached out via email AND IM. He was verifying we still wanted the van.. Oh Yes. So we worked out details and agreed to meet im the showroom on 12/27. Everyone was so nice- No Condescension- purely courteous and professional. NO PRESSURE to sell you a warranty etc. We left with our new Sienna! The vehicle has been in 3 times and today was #4....Every time the crew has been cordial. The tech figured out why the center console would not open and fixed it. TODAY was special- I have been very busy for almost 8 weeks with other problems. They took my vehicle with Very Little advanced notice (1 day) and fit it in for regularly required maintenance/safety check. It was no big deal, handled with care, and a smile. Work completed and on my way. They ALL have treated us courteously and professional. This is a wonderful team that shows they respect customers- even if the car was purchased elsewhere like our other vehicle. We recommend them very highly. We drive 50 miles for them to care for our vehicles because they have been so much better than 2 other toyoya dealers closer to home.

I would like to add that Connie contacted me to let me know that Willy had found my passport and social security card (to my surprise as I didn’t even know it was in there-found down in the dash). They went out their way to make sure we were taken care of in every sense- even protecting my identity. They did a phenomenal job! We were previously working with Jim Hudson in Columbia and Davis Toyota blew them out of the water!!!

My mom was referred here and she was in need of a new vehicle. I looked at the reviews and said it seems like a safe bet. twst drove somw used vehicles but ultimately they sold her a LEMON. Took it to a Toyota mechanic and they said they have never seen an engine this bad on a Toyota before. Oil is pouring out of it. I would never trust this place again. I despise when older people are taken advantage of.

I just purchased a car from Connie Felton at this Dealership. She was kind and professional and went out of her way to make sure that the car buying experience was a pleasant one. From the sales to finance, this dealership was kind and helpful and made this a stress free process. I would highly recommend this dealership and please give Connie a call!

They have the worst service department although their sale department was attentive. I have owned different cars but never had a trunk lift problem. Yet, the trunk lift fell on my head and shoulder recently with my Toyato Prius that I bought from Davis Toyota of Orangeburg. Their attitude was rude, especially from the service manager at this Davis Toyota Orangeburg. Customers have choices to buy cars from different dealers. So we suggest not buying cars from this dealer as their service is the worst after you bought the cars from them. P.S.: see the attached photo - I have kept well maintenance of my car and doing annual car service with this dealer each year paying more than going to other places.
