I have been shopping for a new truck for a couple months and have been in touch with dealerships locally and nationwide. My experience at Daystar was amazing from start to finish. I certainly love the truck, but Chuck (Sales), Danny (Sales Manager), and Jonathan (Finance) made this a great experience. First time Ford owner, Daystar was the 1st and only dealership that I went to. From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable there. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Miles Davis. He is polite, respectful, listens to your needs and answers all your question. This has been an easy process all the way through. Working with Miles, to the sales manager Danny Friedmanm to the finance manager, it has been the easiest buy I have ever done. Daystar will have my business in the future.

Called for a truck. Talked to chris. Chris confirmed the truck was available and ready to be sold. Car fax mentioned quite a few things were replaced then submitted credit application. Drove a total amount of 3 hours just to get a call before I was almost there that the truck did not have any parts replaced and the motor and brakes were bad and the truck was now removed from inventory. No compensation for my time, fuel, or the hard inquiry. Truck was on their lot for 96 days.... pure negligence on their part. Dont get me wrong, Chris was super nice but that was the only thing good about this place.

Logan and his entire team in the service department exceeded expectations for me. We had a family camping trip planned and my AC went out. They had to troubleshoot the issue. The condenser went bad on my 2022 F150. He & his team found a unit did the repair and had the AC back functioning by the time we needed to leave.
