I just bought my first Jeep Wrangler Sport this evening. Barry Miller helped me during my first visit to this dealership and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Upon my return to the dealership, Brittany Lightfoot helped my dad and I with the final decision/purchase of the car. I had an excellent experience at this dealership. They were professional, friendly, fun, and helpful throughout the process. I never felt pressured by Brittany and she made the transaction welcoming and comfortable for me as a 20 year old buying my first car. I am so excited about my jeep! I recently purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Dayton Andrew Dodge about two weeks ago, and I had a truly great experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Angela, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable right away and really took the time to work with me to get a deal that felt fair especially on my trade-in, which I really appreciated. In finance, Chelsea was just as great. She went above and beyond by reaching out to multiple lenders to secure me a very good interest rate, and she helped set me up with solid warranty coverage at a fair price. I never felt pressured, and everything was explained clearly. After the purchase, I did notice a small issue with the vehicle, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. Ken, the used car manager, took care of everything right away and made sure it was resolved the very next day. Since then, I’ve also worked with Alex in the service department, and he has been top-notch. He’s been extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to work with—definitely someone I’d trust going forward for service. Overall, I would 100% recommend Dayton Andrew Dodge for both purchasing a vehicle and using their service center. Great people, great service, and a smooth experience all around.

I purchased a truck from Dayton Andrew's St. Petersburg Friday. Barry was my salesperson. If you are looking for a vehicle, I recommend speaking with Barry! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He worked hard for me to get the best deal I could. I almost walked but he fought for me and I love the truck. I left very happy. I got home and noticed an issue and thought now im screwed. I called Barry and he had me come in the next morning. He looked it over. His manager looked an they are making everything right. Five stars isn't enough to capture the experience I had working with Hayley at Dayton Andrews. From start to finish, she turned what can often be a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Hayley’s patience and coordination are second to none. She was incredibly thorough, ensuring that every little detail was accounted for and that all my questions were answered before I even thought to ask them. Including Melanie, the Inventory Manager, to assist in finding the right vehicle that matched what i was looking for was a first i have experienced in a dealership. Hayley's communication was constant and transparent, so I always knew exactly where we stood in the process. The processing was incredibly quick and completely hassle-free, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out, though, was her continued excitement throughout the entire journey, it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their experience to include Melanie who came back out to congratulate during the final sale.
