I traded in my Mazda3 hatchback and upgraded to a 2025 Highlander Hybrid XLE last year, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I spent a few months researching the Highlander Hybrid vs. the regular Highlander, and Junior (Jesus Carbajal) was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and let me test drive multiple vehicles on different occasions, which really helped me feel confident in my choice. Even after the purchase, Jr has continued to go above and beyond by checking in with me several times over the past year. That level of follow-up and genuine care is rare and truly appreciated. The car itself has been an amazing upgrade—it's spacious, comfortable, and perfect for my needs. It’s a huge step up from my Mazda3, and I’ve been loving it ever since. Russell, who finalized everything and walked me through the extended warranty options, was also very helpful. I ended up purchasing the 10-year extended warranty and felt confident in that decision thanks to his guidance. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I’ve been to other Toyota dealerships like Sansone Toyota and Green Brook Toyota, but DCH Brunswick Toyota is where I finally purchased my first car and I couldn’t be happier! Their prices were great, and their customer service was even better. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Jesus Carbajal was amazing! I was anxious about buying my first car, but he patiently walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and really listened to what mattered most to me - getting a lower interest rate. He even fought to get me a better rate than my credit union and other dealerships! The car I bought had just arrived 6 days earlier and only 3 miles on it. I was the first and only client to test drive it. In other dealerships, the cars already had hundreds of miles. Jesus also made me feel comfortable bringing my friend for support, while other dealerships commented “Oh, you brought moral support,” Jesus said, “I’m glad you brought your friend.” It’s the little things that make a difference. The dealership itself has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I really liked the round-table setup, and the staff were kind and encouraging to both me and my friend. I’m so thankful for Jesus and the entire team at DCH Brunswick Toyota for making my first car-buying experience such a positive and memorable one. We’re a Toyota family and have purchased three cars from another DCH location, so this was our first time visiting the Brunswick dealership—and we’ll definitely be back.
