I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Highlander Limited, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Alex was my salesperson he was truly outstanding. He was knowledgeable, PATIENT, and took the time to answer all of my dads and my questions without ever making me feel pressured. He made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. In the finance part Tommy was equally great to work with. He thoroughly explained all of my options, made the paperwork process easy to understand, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. His personality professionalism and transparency made the financing portion of the purchase completely stress-free and genuinely never laughed so much while giving money away. Literally felt like I was hanging out with a friend. The level of customer service I received from both Alex and Tommy exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new Highlander Limited and am grateful for the positive experience. Amazing team and service throughout the entire process of the purchase. It started with internet department that gave me accurate and no bull information. Upon arrival was greeted immediately by Mike that quickly pull out the cars I was interested in, took me for a 10 min test drive and provided answers to all my questions and concerns. The general sales manager (I think his name was Mike as well) was providing me with numbers, no games. we worked together to get the best deal and they got me the best deal (no dealer in the tri state area can offer what DHC team offered me). lastly Paul the finance manager, who took care of quick, smooth and pleasant transaction (beside of great conversation - amazing guy!) This is not your typical dealership. Those people here are different and a good way, no hassle, no huggle, no insults to anyone intelligence. i will recommend everyone and anyone to check them out if you looking for Toyota. Purchased my first brand new car from Jordan and Sal. The experience was simple, hassle free and overall enjoyable. Had a great experience at DCH buying my 2026 Toyota Camry XLE!! Everyone was great, especially my salesman Grant. He was honest and so very helpful. He was upfront with me and explained everything real well. I was particularly impressed when Grant, after all the paperwork was signed, and after the showroom had closed for over an hour, still sat with me in my new car and took the time to set everything up and show me every feature!!!
