DCR Title and Registration

Stopped by today to complete a title transfer, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The employee at window #2 was rude from the moment we walked in and had a noticeably negative attitude throughout the interaction. Despite that, we remained polite and respectful. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, another employee was already waiting by the door to lock it, seemingly rushing us out. Would an extra minute or two really have made a difference? If you don’t like your job, find one that’s a better fit. It costs nothing to be kind, and experiences like this make a simple transaction feel unnecessarily frustrating.

Benn going here for years. I went to day, transferred a title and registered the vehicle... 5 minutes. They have helped me with getting a titles some difficult stuff ( two different electric motorcycles). They always know their stuff!

They are going to get popped for passing of e-motos as street legal without making people change out lights and tires for DOT approved equipment. You can’t just add mirrors and call it legal.

Rude prude an bitchy. Will never come back here after the lady that was helping me got rude and sassy about needing emissions when I had the paper showing I just got it done. GET BETTER IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN LEAVE.
