DEACON JONES AUTOPARK

Went to Deacon jones Chevrolet in smithfield for an oil change like I have since i bought my car in 2020. This time they didn’t top off the fluids like they have done every time I have taken my car there to be serviced. I understand we are human and might miss a step in the process, but all fluids???? Makes you wonder what else they accidentally forgot to do!! They are more worried with the extra stuff I didnt want done at this time!!

Great customer service always !! We have been coming here many years .Casey the "candy man" was our sales rep.he is always so nice and has always put us in a vehicle ,we went there November21,2025 with little hope for our vehicle was total loss due to a deer and the insurance hadn't paid Lienholder yet but Casey and Neil worked hard for us and my husband got a 2026 Canyon. We also got the pleasure to meet Karen she went out of her way not only to do our paperwork but also she helped us with paperwork for our Gap and Lienholder from our total loss vehicle. We have been coming to Deacon Jones for many year's since Mr Jones himself was alive I am sure the entire team is making him proud!! We will always be l a oyal customer. Casey Is a outstanding salesman he goes above and beyond I have even seen him when getting my car serviced be in the lobby greeting and conversating with customers and of course handing out a candy bar and thanking them for being so loyal. Casey thank you as always your a true blessing as is the whole team at Deacon

Our salesperson was George. He was awesome! He seamlessly took us through the whole process. We test drove, he gave us beverages while we waited. He filled the car with gas and washed it while we were signing the paperwork. Then he came out to show us how all the features worked! It was a great experience! I would come back and recommend friends and family!

Great service everytime. All my concerns were handled and the wait time for my vehicle was short. I would like to thank Brian, my service consultant, for taking care of what needed to be done so I drive with no worries.

Our sales person Joanne was so wonderful, she went above and beyond to ensure that we got the perfect vehicle. Everyone there was so nice and treated us like we were family. All in all it was a great experience.I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from them..
